Apache Storm 踩坑精选
Apache Storm，俗称 Hadoop Real-Time，最近给整了整，东西是好，但是因为没有老司机带，按照惯例踩了不少坑，在此记录以备忘。

两个月过去了，又通关了几道菜。。。 鱼头火锅： 为了买胖头鱼鱼头去了网红菜市场——三源里菜市场，不得不说种类是相当的全，砧板上肉架上挂着的牛羊猪肉看着就很有食欲，各种海鲜河鲜也应有尽有，搞了个三斤的鱼头，再搞了点香芹，白萝卜，葱姜蒜什么的按下不表。到家过后先将鱼头洗净，然后抹上盐加点生抽料酒腌制十五分钟，接着热锅热油爆葱姜蒜红辣椒，然后把腌制好的鱼头下锅煎至两面金黄然后加水至没过鱼头并加入白萝卜，开中火炖个十几分钟，等鱼汤炖出来（锅里汤汁变白）然后撒一点香芹撒盐最后搞几下就可以起锅了吃了，辅以老妈从家里寄过来手工鱼丸子，很鲜很满足～

时隔大半年，又开始学下厨了，就最近几次的尝试做个总结以备忘。 黄瓜炒火腿： 就是热锅热油，然后放黄瓜火腿（感觉最好还是先放火腿炒一下再放黄瓜，不过影响其实不大，毕竟两个都可以生吃），炒至七成熟的时候放一点酱油上色，最后快起锅的时候加盐搞一搞就好了。
